Some things in life come to make us feel defeated and to give up. But there is a power that is stronger and strength that is greater, that is not our own power or might but a power from on high, a power from God that goes beyond our current situation. He will not forsake us or leave us, that God gave us life and created us for a purpose beyond what we may see or feel now. Whatever distraction is going on, at this moment, it is just that a DISTRACTION so we are not able to focus on our VICTORY. God loves and cares for us--no matter what mistakes we have made or might make, regardless of the challenge, the circumstance, the problem, the situation, the trial do not feel, think or believe you are defeated nor give up. BE ENCOURAGED!!! Know that God is in the midst and when we surrender and withhold nothing from Him, then He is in control and that nothing is too hard for Him and that all things are possible in and with Him.
Challenges, obstacles, problems, struggles come to make us strong that we seek the One Who is stronger than we are and to give us the strength that we can and are able to continue to press regardless what may come against us. We must seek and trust God, not just during the storm, but at all times, each and every day. His strength makes us strong in Him. He gives us strength to endure. For His strength is made perfect in weakness, our weakness. His strength never fails; it is everlasting. Be encouraged!
No matter what is going on don't give up or become discouraged. It is a tactic to distract, to disappoint and to discourage you. And, if you notice, that all three words start with "DIS". DIS which means apart, asunder, away, utterly or a negative or reversing force. Interesting, huh?! So, that is what the distraction, the disappointment and the discouragement is trying to do . . . is to get you to give up and go back. No time for distraction, disappointment or discouragement. So, "DIS" that! STAY FOCUSED! and BE ENCOURAGED!!!
